Information Collected
We collect name, mobile, email, postal address, PAN (for 80G receipts) and the donation amount and purpose. Payment instrument details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
Purpose
Information is used only to process your donation, deliver receipts, issue 80G certificates and keep you informed about festival updates if you opt-in.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed over PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure provided by Razorpay. Cards, UPI handles and net-banking credentials are not exposed to ISKCON Nagpur.
Data Usage
We do not sell or rent your data. Information is shared only with payment processors, statutory authorities (where required for 80G) and our internal accounting team.
WhatsApp & Email Usage
We use WhatsApp and email solely to send your donation receipt, subscription updates and occasional festival invitations. You may opt-out of festival updates anytime by replying to the message.
Data Protection
Sensitive fields are stored encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorised temple staff under role-based controls.
Donor Rights
- Request a copy of your donation history.
- Correct your PAN, address or contact details.
- Cancel an active subscription.
- Request deletion of personal data after statutory retention.
